With MijnDefam you manage your loan online anywhere, anytime and securely via your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. You can:
• Check your balance and credits or debits.
• Taking out a Revolving Credit.
• Make extra repayments on your loan with iDEAL.
• Download your account statements (only on laptop or PC)
• View your annual statement.
• Check whether your loan still suits your personal situation with the 'Loan Check'.
• Submit changes, such as address and bank account number.

How do you apply for MijnDefam?
• Download the app.
• Press 'Request'
• You will receive your activation code within 2 working days.
• After activation you can immediately manage your loan.

Safety comes first when using MijnDefam. We do everything we can to guarantee safety.

You can do this to use MijnDefam safely
• Keep your username and password secret.
• Keep it in a safe place.
• Change your password regularly.
• Do not give your username and password to third parties.
• Do not allow anyone to watch you log in. You can be disadvantaged if others get hold of your login details.

The login details are personal. Employees of Defam will never, in any way whatsoever, ask for your login details.
