When development of an app is carried out by high school students you get this. Darg/light mode improperly applied to oages. Sync between the website on your pc and the app takes minutes. It is hard to lync your mobile subscriptions and your internet. You are kicked out every 5 min (dont use the back button). In short the app is hard and it's unfriendly and I caught myself longing for my Government Tax Return App, which is much friendlier.

New name and looks, the same bugs and awfully slow performance. I guess you wanted to keep at least a couple of things the same.. And now we are forced to use a 5 digid pincode to get acces to all their bugs. Still no landscape mode, way to much animations which slows down the app even more, content doesn't seem to fit the screen so you'll miss out on important information, you have to keep hit "no i don't want an optimal experience" because of those cookies. Just hire better developers already
