Horrible tech support and they tell you things that used to work never worked. I know how to set things up however there was an update and now the service barely works have requested call backs and never received them. Customer service is Horrible I will call Amazon and file a complaint against this company and their locks!

App allows linking with Google Home and Alexa but supports no function, so it's useless. App has no dark mode. Can't remote unlock manually thru the app unless doorbell button is pushed first... Oof. Needs lots of work.

Do not buy any 'smart' device which uses this app. Cannot connect to Wi-Fi to initialize. If your life potentially depends on access to the door you installed this device on, you can count yourself out...
