Hi Team, This new app is supposed to be great. Believe me when I say that I've been a longtime user and patron of your app. But you guys messed it up big time. 1. It's even more difficult to get a delivery done on this new app. 2. Phone number input shows errors everytime. 3. When selecting pickups and delivery, the map option no longer shows. 4. Overall, I spent almost an hour trying out a booking but alas, I still couldn't get it done. Please fix it!

No star is best. I have mouthed your excellence and ease of operation until your design team made a mess of the whole process and redesigned what was into what's doesnt work. This is the worst I have had as an experience from a logistics company . Ordinary placement of order took over 24 hours and still failed. The UI and UX is so bland and uneasy navigating. Who recommended a black colored theme self. Mchew

This app has the worst user experience and it seem a number of its customers have complained but they have done nothing about it. Why isn't there an option for manual address input or at least map selection. Why do we have to find a match from an auto generated list that isn't accurate. I urge the company to fix this mess of an app
