The app is user friendly. However, the Pizza was delivered cold while the sides to go with the pizza was warm, close to hot.My order was confirmed with a follow up phone call from the Surulere outlet at 5:10pm. I didn't get the pizza until 7:55pm. For a 1.5km distance from where I ordered to the outlet. It felt like a complete waste of money holding a cold pizza. If you must order online, just go and collect it. You shouldn't have to wait for long by the time you get there. Okay, bye.

Do not pay with your debit card on their app! You guys messed my birthday! On the 20th of March 2023, I placed an order via your app. I made payment via debit card and I was charged but got unsuccessful feedback due to the internet according to the app. It was confirmed by your payment platform that you received my payment however, I'm yet to recieve my money nor pizza. You've blocked me via calls, no response from Twitter, Instagram DM nor mails. Refund my N10,200.

I downloaded the app, placed an order on it, found out that there was no way to even track your order on it. Till today, my order never came even after I was given an order number. I have since Uninstalled the rubbish app.
