Ever since downloaded the App, I have not been able to log in nor sign up. My previous log in details was not recognised by the App and signing up since then has been a hassle. I downloaded it on another phone, it is still the same. After imputing the OTP and proposed password, it keeps stating the format for creating password which is exactly what I did. Please kindly look into this.***Thanks for your response, however the problem which is with the password still persists.

This app is so annoying. I can't get beyond the second page. I have tried repeatedly and it keeps returning the verdict of '' can't send mail'' Please find a way round and fix this because I am getting really frustrated.

I'm having problem logging into the App with my details, it said username or password incorrect (or something like that). So, I decided to go for the forgot password feature and after inputting the OTP, I tried a new password with all the required features (Capital & Small letters, numbers, and special characters) yet it has refused to go NEXT. I have tried it severally, requested for new OTPs but all to no avail.
