The app is too too slow..this is the lamest, slowest and most annoying app I have come across it takes ages to load, you have to enter password multiple times for one transaction so why in earth the opt,,, you will perform transaction and it will show successful on the app only to find out it wasn't successful at all and the money is still in your account,,, plus why do i have to enter my number for self recharge, and in this time and ages an app this slow and lame wouldn't fly...

This new app is rather unresponsive and the UI is bland compared to the former one. Why do I need to enter my PIN for a transaction when there's already 2FA for login? Why do I have to enter my phone number when I am recharging my own registered number? The former app had the recharge for self option. Where is the biometric authorisation that the Momo customer care agent mentioned to me as part of the selling point when she cold called me? I am not impressed at all!

The app is okay, but please do well to be generating transaction receipts faster. I mean, before the transaction receipt pops up, it is usually twenty to thirty minutes later and that's annoying. To be honest.
