About this app

The NKJV translation project was conceived by Arthur Farstad. It was inaugurated in 1975 with two meetings (Nashville and Chicago) of 130 biblical scholars, pastors, and theologians. The men who were invited prepared the guidelines for the NKJV.

New King James Version has always been my choice of Bibles. This version is super simple to look up what you're searching for. Just press which book you want to look at and pick the verse what I really really am impressed with, in the search engine just type in what you remember reading and it'll give you the book The chapter and the verse. It truly makes studying a lot simpler less stressful and less frustrating I recommend everybody give it a try. God be with all of us.

Very good app. I have enjoyed using it. Very easy to lookup verses that you want. Would like the option to go back to a previous passage. The view needs to work like the Maps app. The page should not go black until the user wants it to happen. I like to use the app during Bible studies and sermons. When doing that , you constantly have to refresh the page.

Some minor issues. In the middle of a chapter, if there is text that would normally be the heading for a page, that text will appear tacked onto the end of the last verse. Until you figure out why that's there, it is pretty confusing. Also, the contrast between the text and background in night mode isn't great. Other than that, this is a great app. There are ads at the bottom of the screen in the free version, but they are very unobtrusive.
