After the successful experience of Marè - Sushi & Wine, Annamaria and Diego have chosen to test themselves again and propose a new cuisine, new recipes, an absolute novelty: Kai Poke - Hawaiian Bar is born.
The main dish is poke, a recipe that comes from the Hawaiian islands. The meaning of the name is "cut into cubes" and in fact the dish is composed of fresh fish, vegetables and seasonal fruit, all expertly portioned. To enrich it there is rice and tasty topping sauces. But it will not be the only recipe, there will also be original and rich wraps, delicate tartare, delicious tacos and nachos.
