Censoni Pizza e Cucina is an artisan workshop that renews the art of Italian cooking and bread-making every day.
With the skilful use of the best natural ingredients and the union between ancient processing methods and the most modern techniques, we give shape to the most traditional of products that the whole world imitates us; THE PIZZA. The recipe for our pizza, more digestible, crunchier, lighter and tastier. For several years we have studied techniques, flours and doughs until we got what we were looking for: a product that comes from tradition but with modern features.
A mix of soft wheat flours: a stronger one suitable for bread making and one to increase its aroma and taste. Long maturation and leavening to make it more digestible and finally, less fat and addition of wheat germ to improve its nutritional properties. Without additives. Never precooked bases. All made by us, the result of passion and experience. The cafeteria is renewed for lunch and dinner, every day, to always guarantee you fresh and genuine products. We have never compromised between quality and savings in the choice of raw materials and our suppliers. We are committed every day to guarantee you a greater choice and variety of first courses, second courses and side dishes. Meat, fish, homemade pasta. Our intent is to offer you a solution for those busy days, so as to relieve you of the burden of cooking by offering you a healthy and tasty meal as if it were cooked by you.
