The "on the road" activity begins aboard a 1976 FORD TRANSIT, where excellent quality Street Food is prepared with exclusively fresh and selected products from important farms and farms in the lower Lazio region.

Quality that allows us to participate in the most important street food events in almost the entire peninsula, and allows us to be selected for events of both national and international importance, such as: Rugby 6 Nations, LUNEUR inauguration in Rome, Formula E di Roma, Night of Candles, Tolfa ARTE, BAJOCCO Festival, Selection for television broadcasts, Boat Show.

Market Lab

The appreciation of our products by the increasingly numerous customers and the difficulty of the same customers in following us around Italy, meant that we stopped with a fixed location, in order to give way to all to be able to follow us all week, and thus the birth of the "MARKET LAB" a real laboratory with the preparation of our products.
