"Cells at Work!" (English: Cells at Work!) Is a Japanese manga by Akane Shimizu. It was serialized in "Monthly Shonen Sirius" (Kodansha) from the March 2015 issue to the March 2021 issue.

Shimizu's debut work is a serialization of the one-shot work "Cell Story" that won the grand prize of the 27th Shonen Sirius Rookie of the Year Award in 2014. As of June 2021, the cumulative circulation of the series has exceeded 7 million.

A story that anthropomorphizes dozens of trillions of cells (mainly cells of the immune system) that work 24/7 in a certain "human" body. This is a complete story of episodes 1 and 2, and depicts the daily lives of cells in the form of a crowd drama, centered on the new red blood cells "AE3803" and white blood cells "U-1146".

As a media mix, multiple spin-off manga supervised by the original author are serialized in Kodansha magazines, and animation has been produced since 2018.
