The app is ok, platform is frustrating. I am very disappointed that they are advertising boycotted restaurants in push notifications. It's VERY hard to maneuver the app. Can't really filter properly. Restaurant selection is junk food oriented, then a few decent food options. Less local shops and back to American chains... Which is the very antithesis of the reason to have this app. Truly, it's ridiculous and now I'm also stopping using it.

Worst customer experience As the title says, and as for the 5th time now I've had a problem with them and their app, when I try contacting jahez (which is call only no live chat) it says wait time less then 3 minutes but 20 minutes go by and no answer or it sounds as if the line pick up then closes. Adding to this no way to track orders?? Every delivery app does this why not jahez?

Uncooperative call center. When you have an issue in the app, They simply try to give you silly solutions like reinstall the app. I encountered an issue to add my credit card, they charged me one riyal and they dont add the card. So you need to do it multiple times and this one riyal will not return back to you regardless of what they say to you. If they steal one riyal which is a trivial money, then I don't trust this app at all.
