Concept is awesome. If it works. Healy stops running. Logs you out. Can't log back in. Terrible implementation of a great idea. 90% downtime for the past 4 weeks. Don't expect help from support either. It is maddeningly slow getting help. When it works its great. It just barely does. Steer clear until it actually is a technology they can make work.

I'm pretty tech savvy but I am having a very hard time navigating this app. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially with this product because I love it so much but the software is impossible to figure out. There is no guidance, and the little instruction it gives makes it even more confusing. The website crashes often, it seems like whenever I select "support" or any other link really, it redirects me to the shop. Help your consumers!

I'm paying for this subscription but I'm unable to connect to it. The app shows I don't have access but my bank account is being charged monthly. I have messaged the company multiple times to ask for a refund for the months that I have paid and they have not responded. It's been over 2 months. I waited to review, hoping they'd respond. I wouldn't recommend this until more of the bugs are sorted out with this device and the apps.
