This is still one of the best space games out there, even when ice played it for years. Easy controls. Stunning visuals. The mix between being able to mine asteroids and do side mission to get funds, as well as an entertaining main story line makes for a fun game It does need an update to handle modern screen sizes and maybe an external controller. New DLC expanding the explorable space (and more to the story line) would be great. (I do own the existing DLC)

The absolute best in mobile space on the market, and it comes with all the expansions totally free, since the devs have moved on. A real shame, since the PC port of the game has none of the expansions and is arguably better to play. Either way, if you're looking for a game with excellent ship/weapon/module variety, flexible playstyles and customization (non-cosmetic), not to mention decent voice acting and good music - GOF2 is your absolute go-to.

One of my favourite mobile games for many years now! Good on mobile, iPad, and even screencasting to a big screen. One tip, don't pay to unlock the private space station unless you've done it at least once manually- you don't wanna miss out on small details. Visually pretty and great music, as well as enough recorded dialogue to make it feel lived in even after you finish the story. I keep coming back to it. Wish the Switch release had just been a direct port of this game, bc this is better 😂
