Every time I order from this app it takes 2 hours or more to get my order, even though I live about a 15 minute walk from the store. I have no idea why this happens. In the store everyone is lovely and helpful but somehow ordering through the app ensures I won't get my order until way after the store has closed no matter what time I place the order. Its easier and much faster to just get your wine from this store in person.

Love this place. I live real close and they have wonderful deals and deliver quickly. Also one time they asked if there was anything I wanted that they didn't have and I said orange wine and they ordered me some. It was awesome thank you.

Today, 9/15/2021, I ordered two red wines that were not in stock. I received a call (sorry, I forgot his name). But he was very professional and sweet and very knowledgeable based on my order and I enjoyed the what was recommended. This store is very knowledgeable based on customer's taste and provide you guidance. I highly recommend this place.
