Too difficult to use. The reader in the app lacks a lot of functionality. You can't zoom as much. Transition between pages is difficult to use. It feel like an app designed in 2008 era. A lot of improvements to make.

It's good to see all the archival issues in one place. But this app is frequently shutdown forcefully. Not even 10 mins can read any article. Can you fix this please..? And this is only in Android version. there is no iOS version available.

I had a bad experience with Nat Geo and Amar Chitra Katha people. I spent 2358/- thinking that i am subscribing for hardcopies but it's only a app only purchase. Also when I realised that i made a mistake requested for a cancellation of subscription and refund, but they refused to refund even a single penny.

Dear User, we are sorry you misunderstood and made the purchase but our landing pages on website clearly mentions about the app based subscription and not the physical subscription.Also we have strict no refund policy given in our Terms and Conditions for digital subscription.
