Am struggling to log in username is correct but the password incorrect which password than if it's not the one saved on my Google account used for logging in my accounts. Am confused and stucked within the logging in page, or must I create a password...help?

This is what happens when you don't do proper beta testing using real world customers who used the old app. Only standard bank can "upgrade" you something that is worse than before. Prepaid meter and cellphone numbers frequently used aren't remembered or can't be stored to be used again. Worst of all, you can't add multiple accounts to one app in order to move money between accounts as easily as before. This app sucks so much I still rather log in to my online banking on my phone.

As expected, straight off the bat it asks for your username and password. Doesn't clarify whether this is a username unique to the app or whether you can use the online banking username. I tried using the online banking log in credentials only to get a message that my credentials are incorrect. Plus there is no way to reset password or username. 🤦
