There's always problem with logging in. And I thought I wrongly enter my username and password when that is not the case. An error also occurs when you successfully paid your booking but booking through the app is failed. Do fix that immediately.

It would be great if the purchases on the side pane include details like which cinema that i bought the ticket for. I have goldfish memory.

There was no notification to remind customers. Perhaps 2 hours before the movie starts. This provide ample time for those living in KB who wants to watch movies at the mall while shopping there.
