Payment doesn't work. Hasn't worked in months. Tried many cards that work everywhere else. Screen goes blank after payment otp confirmation and the in-app browser goes black and doesn't return to the app.

User friendly app but at the end for the purchase of movie tickets there is no holding option and doesn't move to payment option for purchasing tickets through credit card. For the time being this app is wastage of time. No information found for loyalty card or bar code discount coupon related. On the other hand your website is fully functional and finally placed my order there.

The new UI is terrible. To get rid of the ability to see upcoming movies, their expected release dates and entire remove the ability to pre-book. Now that will surely turn away devoted movie goers. Takes away their ability to plan movie itinerary weeks, month ahead.
