The only thing worse than this app is their customer service. Made a payment. Crashed. Logged in again. Amount outstanding still the same. Made payment. Crashed again. Logged into website. Payment was made twice. Called to request refund. Told it would take 3 weeks! After making me pay penalties for late payment??? Cancelled all my services with sky. Was told I have to give 30 days' notice! Last time you'll ever see me.

One day the app decided to log me out completely and I can no longer log in, even after resetting password, uninstall and reinstalling the app. Contacted their customer service team and after 3 emails and 3 weeks finally got a reply telling me to change my password. Emailed back to say I had already stated I had done that previously, did it again and still not working. Still waiting for a reply as to why it is not working - 2 weeks and counting...

Hey, Rebecca, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with My Account, sometimes clearing the data and cache for My Account can get you back up and working.

Trying to log in. Changed password successfully and when I enter my email address and password it sends me back to the Login screen over and over again. I can't get past it. Absolutely hopeless.
