The App doesn't work on my phone Like many others I'd like to give a negative star review. Ran out of data today. Went to top up. Wouldn't accept my password to access dashboard even though I never changed it. Spent no less than 1 hour in live chat to try to resolve the issue. The guy changed the password for me but it's still NOT WORKING! No wifi for long weekend as unable to access dashboard to top up! Have never been impressed with Skinny customer service and it seems to be on the decline.

I had just topped up my account, then today I get a message to resign up, and I did but I don't know why because I have just topped up right ,so did resign up, I took photos screen shots to cover my change, and I noticed this is just like when your being scammed by hackers to steal your identity and your place with the internet, that's the only reason why a lot of customers got really upset, I would pray about those poor people who were able to join jump only to be scammed after being watched.
