I just did the beginners workout for the first time. Its been years since i took a pilates class in collage, so this was a good place to start. The instructor gave a good explanation of movements while also giving a good beginners workout(aka hard.but not too hard) Im looking forward to more... :)

Even though there were only 500 views, this was the only free app with more then 3.5 stars. It looks and feels like it deserves the good scores. I am erasing my other apps and keeping this one. Thanks:)

Love that this is live footage of real people not animation. They walk you through every move and explain everything in a way that is understandable. Good job!!
