Would've been a good app if the tracking actually worked. At the moment tracking any parcels is virtually impossible through the app for me, if I have any tracking number saved and then come back to the app, it just gets stuck on loading forever. I will just have to uninstall it since there's a redirect to the app from the website now, so I can't even use the web version of the tracker in piece. If you force users to be redirected to the app, maybe make sure it actually works first.

Have to keep logging in. And can't log in with the app, you have to log in with a browser, which is both bizarre and facepalm worthy. Plus finding now that the majority of the time NZPost aren't updating tracking information. So the majority of the time entering tracking numbers chucks up an error, or when it does accept the number it'll give an alert that it's out for delivery well after it's already been delivered. Plus the deliverers still struggle to follow basic delivery instructions.

If I enter a tracking number it's not accepted by the app. Even if I successfully add that number on the website then copy and paste it into the app, it tells me the number is the wrong format... Even after the website has accepted it immediately. Can't do the absolute basic thing you need from a tracking app. I'll keep it installed for the push notifications, but otherwise pretty rubbish to use.
