The new app is so much slower and prone to frozen screens all the time. When clicking on orders, offers, or even pop-ups, it drastically increases load times up to the point where it seems the app is frozen. UX has probably gotten worse compared to the previous app, while UI has improved on a minor scale. Optimisation needs to be done so that the app runs for much smoother.

The removal of being able to add your code to the self order kiosk is a bad move, so is the inability to put in the updated coupon code to the self order kiosk. Getting rid of the value meals is such a loss. I would have accepted a higher cost for the two burgers, fries and drink combo, rather than removing it entirely. The new rewards modularity is nice, but what isn't nice is the increased difficulty to accumulate points.

Way to make your "new improved" app 20 times slower than the original one. Takes literally minutes to order via the app - mostly spent waiting for pages to load. Also took away a bunch of options - like the ability to add items and ingredients from rewards point purchases. And STILL being ripped off for the value of shakes/sundays/icecreams when the machines "not working" (i.e we turned it off) when staff refuse to refund for the items not being supplied! Suits me though. I've stopped going.
