The app worked before. But not long ago it showed a message saying you should change to say data on cloud. I did not do it that day, then the app stopped working at together. Showing some error message about access_token. It showed that message about switching to cloud only once, did not give you any chance to delay action.

When this app works it does what it says it does. HOWEVER, for the past week the app hasn't been working. It is in a loop of "synchronizing". I have followed the reset procedures but none of the recommended procedures have worked to get the app up and running again. At this point it's non-functional. There isn't any error message. The screen only shows "synchronizing," with a rotating busy circle.

Once you are logged on to this app, there's no way to get out of the app screen and go back to your Home Screen. If you try to log off, it just takes you back to the intro screens and you have no access to your system navigation menu. Poor app design. Too many app permissions required that don't relate to storing BP readings. UI is not user friendly, difficult to use.
