I've been using a doc pro and sleepme app for over a year. I have to reconnect the app to the social pro literally every 2 days as the wifi connection keeps disconnecting. I've checked the router and wifi, and that does not seem to be the issue. It is at the app and dock pro. Please fix it! I live this system, and when it works, it does great. But when it doesn't, it fails miserably.

Update: Support reached out based on my review, sent a replacement, so that's good. I got the unit connected to wifi, and it seemed to stay online. Took a few tries and a reset. I still don't like that the remote only works through their server. Would be better to have option to use bluetooth directly as the remote, or have a physical remote. Once it works, it seems effective. Unit arrived with defective assembly. The cooling fan was loose and rattling then failed.

The app itself is actually pretty good. The big problem is that it's connectivity to the Dock Pro is horrible. Changing the temperature in the app doesn't reliably change the temperature on the system. In addition, the app has you select what attachment you're using, but has no option for both chillipad pro and the blanket, despite them selling a splitter to use both attachments with one unit.
