Absolutely horrible. Does not let me login even though I have an account with the correct password. Wouldn't let me sign in with the new password either and doesn't let me create a new one to solve whatever the issue. The interface looks like straight outta 90s.

The app is a great way to track specific runners, its fun to watch their progress. My only suggestion would be an option to show the tracker info of the runner on the map. If you're not going to be in it, follow your favorite runner!

App is useless!! Would give zero stars if I could. Good thing I started my watch as well for my Virtual TCS NYC Marathon. After completing over 27 miles with my watch, the app was at 21.2 miles!

Hi Bridget. We are sorry for the trouble you had with the app. The usual reason for this to happen on your particular device is that the operating system can decide to suspend the app. The only way to totally prevent this is to disable Battery Optimization as is explained in our FAQ and on the pre-start screen. https://bit.ly/2HwAhyF
