Bolt Laundry Service

Arrived a day late to pick up laundry. Promised next day return. I asked three people to make sure because I'm leaving town the day after that... Nope they aren't even open. Have all of my clothes and now I'm stuck in town for some unknown amount of time until I see my clothes again. The app doesn't even show that they've been picked up.

Don't use this service! They will charge your card and not pick up your laundry. The live chat is a joke, with no one resolving the situation. They don't respond to emails, and the phone number always goes to voicemail. I have never received any response from the multiple messages left. The app itself is at best clunky. It is slow and hard to navigate. But they charge your credit card with ease. Again, don't use this service.

It starts off good, but after a few times using it. The service becomes less and less quality control if you know what I mean. The customer service lady on the app is useless she wont do anything for you. I tried to get her to close my account because of a lack of freshness I received in my last order.
