WHY would the app REQUIRE updating the ultrasound before it can be used?? Let me update it AFTERWARDS. There have been a number of times I needed to use the device urgently, but could not because the app would not allow me to continue without updating first. Simply ridiculous.

Lots of connectivity issues. update 2/2/21. Email sent as advised. Will update the review once I get help with this. I have been having lots of connectivity issues with the ultrasound device. I needed to try multiple times to get connected - it's been happening very often.

Simply do not buy this product, unreliable, expensive and unknown design life. We have 4 faulty units that can no longer be repaired because they have been discontinued in such a short period of time. Solution, we have to buy the new range. Complete failure. Don't buy this product.
