Food took 1hr and 20 minutes to arrive despite the app telling me it would be ready within 30minutes. The dishes were freezing cold and had to be microwaved and the fries were unedible. Called the restaurant to give feedback and was told that this was normal practice on the weekends and the food takes longer to arrive - no apology. I also think that changing almost $10 on to the food for 'fees and taxes' is ridiculous. Extremely disappointing service.

App is great and works for pick up, but crashes and won't work for delivery option.

Worked great untill I tried to enter my credit card details. Said my expiry date was not valid. Tried and happens with two cards
