No entiendo por qué quitaron el método de pedir turno vía teléfono. Si van a obligar a la gente a cambiar la forma de solicitar turnos quitando otro método, por lo menos intenten hacer funcionar y simplificar este método, o por lo menos permitan hacerlo vía web o algo
