Sarawak Smart City

Few issues: 1. Don't recall registering a "Sarawak ID" before but system says I have. Managed to log in via Sarawak Pay credentials, though I don't rmb setting those secret image and words shown too. 2. "Loading" status when entering new page doesn't go away until I swipe right to return. 3. App quite lagging in general compared to other apps.

My recommendation 1. It should called Miri Smart City, instead of Sarawak Smart City. Please get it right. 2. The tourism spots should add more if you intend to promote Miri tourism sector, pasar malam seberkas, religion places, jungle trekking places, etcs. should be added into list. Please do something. 3. The event is no updated. Currently we got Sia Si Tok tourism packages and other events that could be added into the list. 4. The smart bus section is terrible. Please make it user-friendly

I failed to register for miri cares because the procedures are so complicated and with so many particulars to fill! Worst I cannot get the correct csptcha! I gave up after 40 minutes of trying....The system should be made simple. After all we just want to make some complaints about Miri cleaniness...grass cutting, longkang, road repair.....Seb care is so much easier and simplified....I seriously think that Miri cares app should be made easier so more Sarawakians can follow and register.
