Users will get a virtual ticket from their device. Users can monitor the movement of their tickets at any time or anywhere without having to be at the business location. The application will show the current ticket number and user number.

In the application, users can select the business they want to make and after completing the selection, a virtual ticket number will be generated.

When it is the user's turn, the application will generate a notification to notify the user. The user will go to the involved counter depending on the service selection and ticket number generated.
