I've tried to register an account over 50 times, but I keep receiving the message 'There is an issue with your verification' ! My IC is as clear as a mirror, yet it still won't process. It's failure after failure, and it's incredibly frustrating! I wasted 2 hours of my life on this horrible, terrible app! There's no alternate way to register, yet the app keeps claiming there's an issue!

The application sucks, it detected my name wrong and takes a few weeks to sort it out. Can't even reach out to the support centre without logging in. After few weeks, my name have been successfully changed, still can't log into my account, saying that we've send notifications to your previous device and ask me to call support centre. Dude, I haven't change my device since last year. Overall, I won't recommend it, it doesn't even allow you to login through website but only mobile apps.

So glad to see from the comments that I'm not the only one who got stuck forever at the verification stage. Writing to customer service doesn't help at all! The UX experience is so bad as well; you need to fill up everything every time you perform the verification. Have no confidence in such kind of "incomplete" financial app.
