Was having the same scanning issue! But after deleted and installed again now it's working perfectly.

Since 17.10.2023 lototech stated that they doing and upgrade on the ticket scanning. And nothing done till now. This is called mauritius. -10 star... lol

Poor scanning app on some days it cannot scan at alll. Touch ti scan message should be eliminated. It us annoying to have ti press TTscan twice. Other apos I have used do scan immediately. Yous you have to mske a minimum of 3 troals before it may work. Vusually the home screen is messy too much information is displayed youvend up not reading them at all.
