It manages my OBD link MX plus, installs new firmware, downloads and installs the vehicle specific data, displays and clear as old error codes. If there was interference during the update of the firmware normally due to Torque Pro kicking in when you didn't want it to, it recovers that as well. If you want, you'll go through and read all of the buses at the same time and display all of the codes from all of the buses. I don't know anything else that can do that at anywhere near this price.

This app works great if you have an Obdlink reader device. Seems very reliable over the past few years of use and always connects where some other 3rd party apps fail to. It would be nice if the app itself had a history log that shows trouble codes that were pulled from vehicles in the past so you can refer back to it at a later date without being connected to the scanner device.

I have been using OBDLink MX and MX+ for over 10 years. The first couple of years I used Torque Pro because it has more features and customization. I switched back to OBDLink App around 2018 and have been using the updated app since then. The MX+ added all the enhanced OBD packages I needed. The OBD adapters and app save me a lot of time troubleshooting. It also gives me the data I wanted (coolant temp, battery voltage, transmission temp, shift lock out status) on my screen/HUD.
