"Vchasno.Kadry" is a mobile application for employees of companies that maintain personnel records, document management and administration in the "Vchasno.Kadry" service. Vacation, application or any personnel document - in a few taps from a smartphone, without papers and queues at the door of the personnel department.
ONLINE LEAVE
Registering a vacation takes a minute: choose the type of vacation - annual, family, educational, without salary - and send an application. The remaining vacation days are visible on the main screen, so you don't have to write to the HR manager to find out how many days are left.
APPLICATIONS TO THE HR DESK (SERVICE DESK)
Create personnel applications and appeals right in the application and monitor the progress of each: the application is created, approved, signed, completed. The entire history of your requests - business trips, certificates, equipment, training - is stored in one place.
SIGNING PERSONNEL DOCUMENTS
Personnel documents come to the application, and you can sign them from your phone, wherever you are. You can add related files to each application - scans, certificates, supporting documents.

Login by phone number or email. The application is intended for employees of companies connected to the "Vchasno.Kadry" service: you, as an employee, are invited by your employer. When you first log in, you will only need to come up with a password, and in the future - you can log in to the application literally in 1 click.
PERSONNEL DATA SECURITY
Personnel documents and personal data are the most sensitive information of the company. Data is encrypted during transmission and storage, the service runs on AWS infrastructure with monitoring and daily backups, and access is distributed by roles: everyone sees only what belongs to them. Security is checked regularly, the company has an information security management system in place.
