Coachella Valley’s Favorite Spot for Pizza, Drinks & Good Times. Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill began in 1976 when Jack and Pat Bertram opened the very first Stuft Pizza in Cerritos, California. After nearly nine months of perfecting a pizza recipe built on quality and flavor, the original takeout-only pizzeria quickly earned a loyal following. That early focus on fresh ingredients and great value fueled steady growth, leading to additional locations and the introduction of franchising in 1986.
