What is OneService?

OneService is a mobile application provided by the Singapore Government for reporting municipal issues within Singapore.

Came pre-installed on my Galaxy S8+ (2017). So far, I must say, I don't have any issue with this app. Quite good, in my opinion if you want to contact the government services.
