The Tät®ll app is developed for women with urge or mixed incontinence. The app contains information about lifestyle factors and advice for self-care. Other functions are locked in this version, require an activation code and are used in a research study, see tät.nu.
The Tät®ll app contains treatment programs for bladder training, pinch training and thoughts/behaviors, advice on self-care as well as functions for reminders and statistics. It was developed by researchers at Umeå University for the treatment of urine leakage in connection with urges (urge incontinence) and for urine leakage both in connection with urges and during exertion (mixed incontinence). Research studies at Umeå University have shown that self-treatment with the Tät®ll app results in significant improvement in urine leakage, incontinence symptoms and urges and leads to a better quality of life. Improvement was reported in 87% of the participating women in the study. For more information, see tät.nu. The treatment programs are locked in this version.
