“My Aksai” is a universal platform for an active citizen in accordance with the Smart City project.

Installation of the application in a city or region is carried out with the assistance of local authorities and the support of the administration.

Depending on the city settings, the following modules are available to users:

Messages. Send messages in accordance with the available types of problems (the available list of requests is determined by the city administration). Your request automatically goes to the right organization. You can monitor the progress of work on your message and monitor status changes. If clarifying questions arise, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.

Repair work. Find out about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always provides up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to the addresses you are interested in and receive sound notifications with information about outages in your home.

Voting. Voting is held on the most pressing issues, touching on such topics as transport, education, housing and communal services, and urban development issues. The formation and conduct of voting is carried out by the administration of the city or region, so the issues submitted for consideration are of great importance for the improvement and development of your city.

City alerts. Receive notifications about important city events - messages about road repairs and detour routes, a poster with a schedule of city holidays, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and much more.

Directory. This section will help you find out information about all the important places in the city.

How it works?

Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource supply organizations, information departments of the city administration, dispatch services of management companies.

Information about city alerts comes from departments of the city administration and press service.
