About Combinations in the Caro-Kann Defense (free)

The MAXIMSCHOOL chess school presents Combinations in the Caro-Kann Defense with white pieces.
The free version contains 37 interesting exercises on combinations with a victory, gaining an advantage, winning pieces and mating in a few moves. In the full version 237 tasks await you.

The exercises are divided into 3 groups (according to the variants of the Caro-Kann defense, from the application of which the positions of the exercises were obtained):
- Exchange variation
- Closed center variation
- Classic variation

After solving each task, you can watch the whole game and find out how the initial position of the combination turned out!

The variations listed above are the most common Caro-Kann defense systems. In the second part of the application, which will appear later, we plan to include Panov's attack, Steiner's attack, two knights variation and other systems.

When solving puzzles, pay attention to the weak points of the Caro-Kann defense: g6, f7, e6.
