The PTI Front Desk App is a control center for the Patient Tools interview system. From this App you can:
• Setup patients and manage their Protected Healthcare Information (PHI)
• Launch screenings on networked PTI Office Apps
• Review results from completed screenings
• Manage profiles, flags and referrals (Community Model)
You must first create an account with Patient Tools to setup and configure PTI Front Desk App access. Any supporting Patient Tools products such as the PTI Office App, Data Exchange or Practice Management will also need to be installed and configured.
