About Alior Mobile

Alior Mobile application allows secure, fast and convenient access to your bank account anywhere, around the clock. Install Alior Mobile for free and manage your products, make transfers, pay in stationary stores and the internet, and take advantage of personalized offers.

Initial screen:
- pre-login presentation of the balance of the selected account (by amount or percentage) and the last three transactions,
- access to BLIK payments and phone transfers,
- direct contact with the Bank's hotline,
- authorization of operations ordered in online banking.

Accounts
- balance, history, transaction details, transaction confirmations,
- opening a new account and ordering a debit card,
- selection and benefits management of Konto Jakże Osobiste,
- service of company and brokerage accounts.

Transfers
- own and domestic transfers (including instant transfers and VAT split payment)
- BLIK phone transfer,
- creating a payment series, deferred transfer,
- creation and modification of standing orders,
- reply to the received transfer,
- sending again the received transfer,
- mobile top-up using the device's address book,
- tax transfer,
- managing planned payments,
- scanning invoices (bills) or QR codes.

BLIK service:
- BLIK code payments in traditional and online stores (with the option of saving online store data or the browser used to make subsequent payments even faster),

Debit and credit cards:
- card management – card activation and setting your own PIN, temporally blocking, restricting card, changing a PIN,
- adding cards to Google Pay,
- transaction limits management,
- multi-currency card management – enabling, disabling the service, changing related currency accounts,
- balance, available funds and credit card history, card repayment option, statements,

Term deposits:
- information about opened term deposits – number of term deposits, balance, expected profit,

- information about your loans (history, repayment schedule, details, repayment option).

Security/Authorization:
- access to the application is protected by an individual PIN code as well as logging in and with fingerprint authorization,
- secure application activation process using a code in an SMS and a phone call,
- authorization of operations ordered in internet banking system using push notifications.


Service for business clients and plenipotentiaries:
- service of business accounts,
- service of accounts to which the client is authorized as a representative or a statutory representative.

Offers:
- application for a personal account – also if you are not yet a customer of Alior Bank,
- setting up currency and savings accounts,
- opening a term deposit (including as part of a special offer),
- simplified application for account credit limit and loan (including as part of the special offer),
- ordering contact from the bank regarding the indicated product.

Communication:
- contact the banking hotline directly from the application (after logging in - without the need for additional verification),
- the ability to send questions, suggestions, complaints and reply to the received message,
- push notifications of account events and the ability to manage push, SMS and e-mail notifications.

The application is available in three languages: Polish, English or Russian.
