Agni College of Technology Chennai was established in the year 2001 by Sri Balaji Charitable and Educational Trust with the objective of producing high quality engineers and technocrats. Ltd, a leading Ad Agency in Chennai, having branch offices in Delhi & Hyderabad. It is an INS fully accredited one stop advertising solution provider incepted in the year 1993 having eclectic mix Public and private sector clients. AEDX-Agni Educational Xpedition, It is a novel program of Agni College of Technology that combines travelling and learning. AEDX is an idea that caters to the needs of global economy by opening the doors to India for foreign students to explore, understand and in return get rewarded by those valuable educational credits. The team AEDX is well versed in travel and has strong industry linkage in all segments of education.

In order to deliver for the specific needs of a specific educational branch, 15 major specific packages in 5 categories have been devised apart from the 3 General Tour packages. Turtles Swim School, started with the sole motto of promoting swimming and to identify young talented swimmers. It is a non-profit organization run by a dedicated team having great passion towards professional swimming. The merits of Turtles would be its NIS trained coaches, well trained support staff and Ozonised Swimming Pools. The swim school is functioning in association with TNCA and have produced 2572 State, 321 National medals and 4 international medals so far and holds the State Championship since 2008.

The campus with well built class rooms, fully equipped laboratories, workshops, modern computer center and a well stocked library can be compared to the best available elsewhere. The management has also taken all efforts to build a team of committed faculty members, who form an integral part in the growth and development of the college. The college is situated in Thalambur Chennai, 20 kms away from Adyar and 3 kms from Navalur, off the Old Mahabalipuram Road (IT Highway) and is well connected by road.
