THE SIX SOUL EXERCISES
Rudolf Steiner described six basic exercises to ground spiritual development in the centre of our being – the heart. The exercises focus on thinking, taking the initiative in action, achieving inner serenity, positivity and love, impartiality, and soul harmony.
The course will be available in around 14 languages and will start on Michaelmas 2026 (27 September 2026), with people from around the world joining us on our journey.
