Equa researchers analyze companies that sell products and services in Italy to allow us to go beyond the logic of the lowest price when making a purchase.
The assessments concern respect for human, environmental and animal rights and consider over 120 criteria for each company.
Even if the analysis process is in-depth and very complex, the user has the possibility of seeing the results quickly and intuitively.

• HOW DOES IT WORK

Equa can be used in two ways: to get information in a few moments, so you can make purchases based on your values; to understand in depth the behavior of a company.

The responsible consumption app allows you to search by typing the name of the company or brand, or by selecting a category and/or a product/service.

In the latter case, the list of brands appears with the related scores alongside (from 0 to 100).

If the search is done through the name of a company, however, a sheet with the score opens, followed by a table with brief company information, an article with the main results emerging from the analysis and the list of the brands that belong to it. to the company.

Furthermore, those who wish to delve deeper can consult the ownership structure of the company, see the score from 0 to 100 divided by areas (human rights, environment, animals) and read all the details of the analyzes carried out, with the relevant sources.

But that is not all.

The company profiles also give the possibility of discovering more sustainable alternatives. In fact, if the user is not satisfied with the score obtained by the company whose information he searched for, he can choose a category or a product and, based on the selection made, the companies with a higher score will appear.
