The weight diary gives you the opportunity to record and display your weight over any period of time. Daily weighings are stored in a table and can be provided with short notes. This makes it possible to understand reasons for weight fluctuations and counteract them accordingly. The body measurement index, which is determined for your measurements, gives you help with the health classification of your weight.
The weight diary offers the possibility to keep a history for any number of people. So you can keep track of their family or friends' data .
There are several options for backing up the database. All data is stored locally on your mobile phone and you can then transfer it to other media.
