GCE is an application that allows the management of all processes outsourced by the Points of Sale and associated with a specific user.
It offers several features, including:
* Processing management:
- display of the list of processes (by PV, day, department), assigned to the user with details of the packages to be supplied or the hours of activity to be carried out;
- notifications that alert the user in the event of:
- a new processing is assigned;
- any changes in timetables;
- start of single processing;
- insertion at the end of the final data processing:
- refueling: number of packages to be handled, number of packages left on the ground and whole pallets loaded with consequent calculation of the number of packages processed
- activity: number of hours provided
* Management of disputes on the work performed:
- open a dispute / report, with the possibility of attaching files and images;
- monitor and advance the status of disputes.
